Description: I have owned this blouse for many years and most of those years have been in a trunk with other antique garments. The color is nearly a tan moreso than beige just from age. The top is surrounded by tatting while other kinds of lace are used for the rest of the garment. The closure is down the back and there is no closure for the sleeves. As stated in the condition description, I believe the tattered fabric hanging out the bottom is from the lining and just needs to be sewn back inside the blouse.
