Description: 1930's cover with a large, attractive red mailing label affixed at front. With an image of a stamp from Tripoli, it was most likely sent by a stamp dealer to a client. It was sent from Canton, MA to Puyallup, WA. It is hard to read the postmark, but it is franked using one 1.5c (Scott 684) stamp, which was only issued in 1930. It is a Very Fine piece ready to enhance any collection of U.S. covers.
