It has large white print on all sides of the box that reads Promotional Use Only, Not for Resale. The box is factory sealed. There are some rubs and dents from storage on the box. There is a curved dent on the top of the box, it goes from the D in video at the top to the 2nd O in Promotional. There is 1 minor pull on the box graphics on the middle of the end flap.
