Each placemat appears to feature a fold out piece of paperboard that is diecut into a shape that features a full color imprint graphic that includes a vertical panel image of Elmo and Cookie Monster in an illustrated park scene in addition to a flat/horizontal graphic imprint that includes what appears to be 2 printed games and a maze. I have not opened the pack or any of the packages so I am not certain of the quality but I would imagine that the place-mats are novelty/throw-away quality meant for one time use similar to paper party goods. Each placemat appears to include a slot for a cup, however the cups are NOT included. The cellophane master pack/bundle does show signs of wear and I am not sure how that has affected the inner contents/each place mat in terms of bends/folds/dents/functionality. I would recommend being familiar with this specific item and the quality before purchasing as I cannot really describe or guarantee the actual quality of the item as it is unopened.
