Minor marks in ss from moving around but easily buffed out with scotchbrite. They have holes pre drilled in bottom/slight left of center - 4 1" holes and 2 1/2" holes as seen in photos. The vent was left installed in panel - bottom right. Has a white steel conductive panel with a few screw holes from previous controls.
