Antique German Unusual Curled Center part Blonde hair China Doll HEAD 2" mark 5

Description: Welcome to my ebay storeAs my doll dr. biz inventory downsizing continues, I will be listing more china shoulder heads from my collection. Most came from an antique dealers collection years ago. In addition to other hairstyles, I have 8 graduated size low forehead doll heads being listed, 7 with black hair and THIS one blonde with her original price tag of $265!(See my store for other china heads like the Pet name, turned shoulder head, flat top etc.) I believe her price may relate to her age, the china porcelain and face painting looks a bit older than the later turn of the century low forehead styles, and the hairstyle is a bit different. The #5 on back is faint but I took a couple of pictures. Of the head listings I have, that are for making SMALL dolls, this head is 2" tall, in the very rare Blonde with light eyebrows. I actually have two of the low forehead that are 2 1/2" tall, and as well as a 2" tall head with black hair. Nicely defined curls on top of head. Mold mark runs down sides and across top, probably a pressed porcelain head. No sew holes, Marked '5' on back. Some glue residue on inside of shoulder plate and a red mark that may be a number on inside. A '5' impressed on the back. Pretty eyes in a bright almost Teal blue shade. Second from the left in the group photo. The two on the right are the 2 1/2" doll heads. See photos and keep in mind total head size and width of shoulder plate for the body/torso to fit properly.
