Description: Attention!!, exceptional Argentine creole facon knife, with a very old and rare Gebr. Weyesberg - Solingen blade , high quality, very sharp, with a thick spine, on one side marked with the famous head of the king, and on the other with a W indicating that it was made in the period of King William, 1880-1890, it was probably a bayonet blade or hunting dagger, which was adapted to the Argentine creole taste to finish as a luxury facon dagger, with silverwork, handle and sheath completely in solid 800 sterling silver, with the code c175 that belonged to the workshop of the renowned goldsmith Francisco Condurso, possibly adapted in the years 1950-1970. The handle is simple but elegant, octagonal in shape with a short oval handguard. The sheath is beautiful, very sober and elegant with a great finish, toe "puntera" chiseled by hand, also its "soajes", beautiful knife, very fine, rare and of good size and weight!!. Measurements: total in its sheath: 37 cm (14.8in). Knife: 32.5 cm (13in). Blade: 22 cm (8.8in) x 3 cm maximum width and 0.8 cm maximum thickness!!. Total knife weight 350 grams.
