This is one of the styles that were used on the Titanic in the 1st Class dining rooms. It is the Cobalt Blue and 22 K Gold. These do not and and never had any White Star Line markings. You will find some that might look similar but these are the exact replicas. This VIP pattern was easily the most expensive and prestigious china on the Titanic. The defect on this piece is a very small spec on the white part of the plate and a couple small specks of gold by the gold trim. I did an extreme close up of the area in question.
