Each issue reprints comic strips and other comic art. Issue #13 has a Robert Kline centerspread (the art used on the cover of RBCC #66, THE WILLIAMSON COLLECTOR by James Van Hise and Larry Bigman, reprint of a 3 page article on Roy Bonario of Roy's Memory Shop and more.
