Description: Vintage folding fan advertising The Harland Sanders Court and Cafe (a hotel and a restaurant) in Corbin, Kentucky, which was owned and operated by Colonel Harland Sanders. Fan dates back to the early 1950s, before Sanders founded Kentucky Fried Chicken. The two outside "wings" fold in so the fan is small enough to make it portable. One side of the fan shows a peaceful cabin in the woods, while the text on the back of the fan reads: "FOR 20 YEARS, THE LEADER STILL LEADING THEM ALL THE HARLAND SANDERS [COURT & CAFE] CORBIN, KY. KNOWN FROM CANADA TO CUBA. Someone has crossed out the words "Court & Cafe" with a black marker. Otherwise, the fan is in excellent condition with very little signs of wear. This is an original fan, not a reproduction, This fan would make a great addition to any collection of vintage Kentucky Fried Chicken or Colonel Sanders memorabilia. Sorry, no shipping outside the U.S. Thanks for reading!
