This listing is for a rough slab of Red Laguna Lace Agate from Mexico. This is an old piece obtained from a lapidary/collector which he had marked as Laguna. As it is very unusual for laguna, I am not 100% sure of that accuracy, but the beauty of this piece makes it something special. The colorful druzy (quartz?) center with the fortification could make some very pretty cabs. This piece has beautiful colors and fortification and a unique druzy center. There is a fracture in the fortification - I've included many close ups of both sides where the fracturing occurs for you to use to inspect the piece up close. This piece is best suited for lapidary. It is pretty and can be polished to use as a display specimen, but as I can not guarantee 100% that it is Laguna Lace, I would hesitate to recommend it to someone specifically a Laguna specimen for their collection.
