The model number for the item is 65227. Retired in 2004. Item is used but was well cared for. Has been in storage the last few years until found by me. Includes the original box inserts and cord with bulb. Box insert does have some writing on it as shown in the photos. House is in good condition. Appears to be complete. I did not see any chips or cracks. But do check the pictures for anything I might have missed or missing items. The pictures show the exact item you will receive. Item is being sold as is as seen in the pictures. The accessories around the house that are glued could become jostled in the mail and become unattached. If this happens they are easily glued back on. I will package well to try to prevent this from happening. But the possibility is still there. This was long discontinued many years ago.
