The Cable IQ doesn't power on. Inside the battery compartment, a prong is missing to connect to battery. Even when I tried using wire to connect, the screen just flashes the backlight for the fraction of a second that you press the power button. I've seen these before with modified wires bypassing the battery terminals, so I suspect it's a common problem. The 199C Color ScopeMeter Oscilloscope has a red service tag that says "Channel A not working", upon observation I can also see that the LCD screen is pressure cracked. It has scratches on the plastic coating on the hard shield, and I suspect someone tossed a heavy object into the bin this was in. (Government surplus experience). The 3rd device 41B Harmonics analyzer powered on to a working screen. There were no tags or markings indicating any problems, but there are no cords or probes included. Selling the entire lot AS-IS, PARTS OR REPAIR.
