Description: Photographs of Iowa Tractor Moving Wash House Up for sale are three nice original photographs of a wash house being moved on an Iowa farm in the 1940s or 1950s. The back of one of the photos reads, "Grandma Sophia Tjipkes moving in the wash house." Perhaps the wash house was being moved from another farm to the Tjipkes place. I can't identify the tractor towing the wash house, but some of you tractor experts probably can. These pictures were in a large family album from a farm outside of the town of Holland in Grundy County. The photos measure 2.75 by 4.5 inches, and they are in great shape, both front and back.
