The CGC 9.5 would be automatically switched to a CGC 10 if sent back in. Included are the additional insert cards, authenticated by MBA (these cards are not graded by major grading companies). This set also has a pedigree on the back of the label to Jon Brooks, one of the Pokemon TCGs earliest champions.
