Book measures : 4” x 6.25” 360 printed pages. Cover is free of stains. Does show some slight aging of the paper. Front cover has creasing at the bottom right. There is a split in the cover on the back that wraps into the spine. (Note this is only the paper cover). The page corners on this book are really nice- no real creases or bends. Just looks slightly used. The upper right corner of the first page is missing tho so be sure to view that picture (missing area measures about .25”) The back cover and spine are clean as seen in pictures. The back cover does have the slightest bends in it as seen in pictures. There is a name written inside the front cover and is the only writing I found throughout the book. It is written in pencil. Book is tightly bound with one centered staple and appears in good shape. Pages 233-248- the upper outside of some of the pages is slightly rough from where it was cut and pages 335 & 337 are hooked together. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
