RARE 2012 CHANEL NOIR LUCITE & BRASS PERFUME DISPLAY SIGN FROM SAKS 5TH AVENUE

Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION:Up for sale is a VERY HARD TO FIND perfume display made for Chanel's fragrance and cosmetics division. This was made for the company in 2012 for the release of "Chanel Noir" and was used as a permanent store fixture in the Saks Fifth Avenue stores. I personaly purchased this from the Saks Dallas location when it closed in 2014. The display is quite large standing 28" tall x 24" wide x 5" deep. The removable weighted composition wood base is 24" long x 3" tall x 5" wide and is lacquered in a flat black. The 3" wide insert is made from wood with a laminated brass frame and the center is a smoked gray lucite with an etched perfume bottle design. The Chanel Noir label is a piece of black etched lucite that is affixed on top. The design is double sided so that it can be seen from any direction and is transparent gray except for the center label. It has some edge wear to the black paint and one upper corner is slightly irregular on the brass frame. It needs to be reglued and clamped but unfortunately I don't have the correct tools to do so. It's a wonderful showpiece for a perfume or Chanel enthusiast. It weighs 16 lbs. ***Please note that my camera is cobalt blue and often makes polished surfaces look dark due to the reflection on the metal surface.*** SHIPPING:I have roughly calculated the shipping at $75 within the US. I believe UPS would be the most economical. If there is any overcharge in the shipping, I will adjust the shipping cost in your favor once wrapped and weighed. I try my best to wrap all items securely, and to ship in a timely fashion. Once the item is wrapped, a shipping label is created, and the tracking number is provided on ebay. I personally have my packages scanned by the post office before they obtain possession. Please refrain from asking for tracking information or for photos of the wrapping process as all of these requests delay the progress in shipping your item and others. Please note that first class shipping often takes longer than priority shipping. If you require an upgrade to priority, please let me know before paying.
