It is called "side-knock-mechanism". Real something special. The factory Tiku GmbH ( Tinten Kuli ) was founded by Wilhelm Riepe in 1928. The name Rotring was added in the year 1968 and the company was named in Rotring Werke Riepe K.G. I have found this pen in a shop cleareance. It never was used for writing. Its one of the rare versions.
