Description: Soviet Russian USSR Order of the Red Star with serial number in the 3.7 million range awarded in 1974 to a Captain of the 150th Independent Radio-Technical Regiment, Air Defense Forces. The regiment operated radars in the USSR. The Red Star's recipient was Chief of the Regimental Repair Workshop and a Technical Specialist, 1st Class. He was awarded the Red Star for excellence in military and political training. Condition is outstanding, as seen in the images! The serial number of the award is authentic and matches the serial number shown in the archival documents, obviously!
