Description: Space Shuttle Columbia Model STS-1 1/50 Scale. Hand built 1/50 scale model of the STS-1 Columbia Mission. This model is based on photos taken of the actual mission in April of 1981. We took great care to mimic the appearance of the Shuttle and Full stack as it looked for this first mission. Because the mission was the first it had a very unique appearance when compared to the other Shuttle missions. This is a large model standing over 40" in height, base is Machined steel.
