This unit works great and heats water almost instantly, but is missing the outlet arm ($22 new from Technivorm, Model: 53054) and does not include a carafe. Includes all pictured parts, but again -- you will need an outlet arm. Please ask me any questions you have before completing your purchase. Accessories (anything not pictured / unmentioned) are not included, and neither are shoe trees, hangers, original packaging, etc., unless otherwise specified. SHIPPING: I try to ship within one business day, using USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail, and always upload a tracking number. RETURNS: You're welcome to return your purchase for any reason for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as it's in the same condition as received.
