This is the perfect piece to finish your layout as it allows you to the option to have either a male or female connection at either end. The track is made of real wood. This track can also be used with Brio trains. This track was made by Learning Curve. The set is brand new in the box. I obtained the entire Thomas the Tank Engine inventory from a toy store that was liquidated and will be listing a number of Thomas items over the next few weeks. The package does have some slight wear from the time on the shelf and the original price sticker. If you have any questions please ask before purchasing.
