The Best Offer Tool. ‘The early bird can catch the worm.’ We will consider all reasonable offers if the auction has yet to receive an initial bid and on regular priced items - all of our listings - even if we were neglect to click the best offer tool feature, don’t hesitate to reach out. If we accept, the auction or the regular purchase item closes. Once an auction receives its initial bid, however, the auction runs its course - and you will no longer have an opportunity to make your offer. OTHER DETAILS FOR THE SMOOTHEST POSSIBLE TRANSACTION Payments are by paypal, credit card, and venmo. Payments for auction wins are due immediately & prior to the end of the same day the auction closes. We base the close time on the day the item is won and on United State’s 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. If payment is not received within 24-hours for auctions, it’s removed or re-listed in 24-hours. And, you may be banned from using any of our stores. eBay automagically invoices auction winners at the time the auction closes. If this does not occur, we usually send an additional notice out w/in 24 hours, too. All electronics auction transactions won in that time will be packaged the following day - and we are not offering combinations on our TOTYe Electronic Listings. If the title says TOTYe in it, then it’s our policy that the TOTYe item is ineligible for combining. There will be times when a customer will want to combine their wins, but if one is a TOTYe listing, then the buyer will have to reach out to ask about combining all of their items and also know that there is always a cost per item on shipping to cover all of our costs associated with each listing. Any customer desiring combination with a TOTYe electronic purchase, must reach out. When in doubt, reach out. Shipments: We do not delay shipments to wait for other wins on future dates. We ship items out within 24-hours of the sale for all auction & regular priced items paid for on-time. Combined Shipping. TOTYe will not offer combination for TOTYe listings, but customers may ask if their is a reasonable request. We do limit combinations to fitting a maximum size constraint on packaging of 22”X22”X20”. Most of our TOTYe electronic auction items are bulky and therefore don’t qualify for combination, but we may attempt to fit additional listings into the usual 22”X22”X20” box to permit enough room for dunnage to protect the electronic items. A buyer desiring to combine must request an invoice to combine them and also know there is also a cost per item for shipping regardless of combination, which is variable and determinable at the end of the transaction. Again, some items will not qualify for combination because our policy is to not combine on anything but same day purchases/items on the same auction close/purchase day and we do not combine shipping if it will exceed the above size constraints for electronics.When in doubt about shipping combinations, please ask us.
