Description: Previously owned picture framed set of the state quarters. Its is missing 8 states: Virginia, Maine, California, Oregon, Kansas, West Virginia, Wyoming and Hawaii. Each one comes with a little plastic holder that you can pop open to put the quarter in. The quarters appear to have been in circulation but not fully sure.
