Used Gruen Curvex signed 14.5mm yellow gold-filled dress watch band buckle 1940s

Description: Nice finishing touch to a vintage Gruen Curvex Veri-Thin or early chronograph watch, a 14.5mm inner opening yellow gold-filled buckle engraved GRUEN on the back. This one is lightly used from the 1940s/50s, cleaned and polished. Item is in excellent condition, what you see in the photos are reflections. In person it looks new. Very elegant dress type buckle. Top-to-bottom clearance is 7.9mm so this will work with unpadded or lightly padded bands, but not overly thick straps. Your strap needs to have a 14.5mm wide buckle end to use this buckle.
