The inside of each mug is very clean. The lids are very clean. The lids can be stored on the bottom of the mugs, if preferred (as shown in pictures). Some mugs have a few scuffs/marks on the outside, as shown in pictures. Possibly from storage. Overall, very nice condition. A little piece of nostalgia for your kitchen!
