Description: Vintage China Head Doll "Rose Mary" Marked M.E.G. Embossed '16 1/2' As Is Found in a damp barn in Shutesbury MA I used vinegar, eco-bleach and stain remover biokleen .... also dried in sun some to eliminate mold on body and clothes. Didn't attempt to get out the stains. The owner who is in his 70's said his mom had made the clothes. See photo for condition. 16 1/2 is embossed in the china on the back of the neck. M.E.G. is marked on the back and Rose Mary on the front.. She has velvet type boots appliqued to her body to be her feet. She has china arms and hands. One arm had been broken and re-glued. All fingers are intact. See photos There is some greyish spotting on her face. Didn't come off easily with a mild cleaner and I don't have the knowledge to try a stronger cleaner.
