The chain was also tested, it does not have magnetic reaction. It does not test as strong as the clasp for sterling - that can sometimes occur with anti-tarnish treatment or it could be plated. The people putting jewelry out these days are getting really good at marking things .925 when they are only plated and I do not want to assume this is fully .925 and that is why I mention it.
