Description: This listing is for a vintage 1991 Hasbro Mint on Card Bullet Proof Action Figure on DEF card. The card is pretty good condition showing moderate storage/shelf wear, more than what is typical for its age. The surface is really clean but there is some chipping/flaking in the corners.The figure bubble is clear with no cracks but there is denting at the stem. This resulted in a lift at the stem location also. I tried to picture this in pics 11 and 12. It is otherwise sealed to the card on all sides. Accessory bubbles are clear and free of dents and cracks. Figure appears to be in excellent condition.
