Description: Original chrome forks from a 1985’ 20 inch Schwinn BMX bike that the frame had damage. The forks are in overall good condition considering the age. There is some chrome speckling throughout, and typical slight scratches/marrs. The threads have the typical marring from the lock washer but everything threads on/off nicely. Some slight patina in the welds areas and there is a slight knick in one of the tubes. The decals have age checking in areas and some scrapes ect. These will make a good replacement for your bike or if your in the process of building a 1985’ Schwinn these would keep it year specific. The headset and decals are original to the forks.
