Description: This vintage Masudaya Bear is a charming addition to any toy collection. Tin litho. Made in Japan during the 1950s. This battery-operated toy features a cute bear holding a soda bottle and cup and, if working, would pour the bottle and drink the cup. Unfortunately, the toy is not in working condition. It is in good visual condition for its age (not excellent condition). Some acid damage in the battery compartment. A stain on the fur and dent in the plastic soda bottle. It is still a wonderful display piece and a reminder of a bygone era. The bear wears a red bow and is sure to delight fans of vintage toys. You are buying 'as is' knowing this toy has been tested and is not functioning.
