It has spaces to hold these silver coins, by date and mint. This is the 2nd album of the series, which holds the coins from 1887 to 1896. There are 2 other albums in this series, from 1897 to 1921 and from 1878 to 1886. I have listed those albums separately. There are NO coins in this album; it is empty. It has all the plastic inserts and is in decent condition. Please view the photos to see for yourself. This is a great album to have if you collect Morgan Dollars and need a place to show them off.
