The 3 polybagged issues have been opened, but their trading cards are included (in mint condition) and they come in the original polybags. Issue #25 is 48 pages and has the Cable hologram on the cover. Note that I am not an official comics grader, so please ask questions before purchasing, and request any additional photos to check spines, cover gloss, etc. I will be happy to provide additional proof of their condition.
