Premier Cuvee is one of Red Star's most popular yeasts because of its strong fermentation characteristics and because of its high Alcohol Tolerance; up to 18%. Great for dry whites and champagnes as well as light colored berry wines and harvest wines. Lowest urea and fusel oil of all the Red Star Yeasts. Instructions: One 5 gram packet contains enough yeast to make up to 5 gallons (20-23) liters. For best results, dissolve yeast by adding about 1/4 cup (50 ml) of water at about 38C-41C (100-105F).
